Are you tired and overwhelmed? Do you feel disconnected from yourself and others? In a world where there are many uncertainties, you may become unsure of yourself or even of your relationships. You may not know where to begin or how to resolve the inconsistencies that you feel are burdening you? As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in teen, couples, and family counseling, I help clients break through the psychological barriers and systemic issues to help them feel comfortable with themselves and with others! While using evidenced based theories and modalities, my goal is for clients to be comfortable confronting their mental health challenges while improving their relationships and healthy attachment through supportive therapy.

Kyla is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervisory Designation and a The Ohio State University graduate with a Master’s degree in Social Work. Since finishing her masters degree in 2019, she has worked in the outpatient and hospital setting working with and assessing clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She worked with Sun Behavioral Health where she built up a teen partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program to provide group and individual counseling to teens. Kyla also specialized in treating relationship issues, behavior challenges, self esteem building, family mediation, eating disorders (mild), teen body image issues, and challenging family dynamics.

Name: Alex Yeboah Sasu
Title: Counselor Trainee
Credentials: M.A. Counseling student

Many clients are clueless about why they keep having relational problems and wonder if they can ever have a consistent, peaceful and joyful relationship with their loved ones. Using evidence-based theories and techniques, I help clients identify their unhealthy patterns of interaction, understand how that pattern evolved and develop a new, healthier pattern of interaction. As a result, clients are able to successfully sustain a healthy interactional pattern on their own without needing to rely on therapy.

Alex is a student at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (NOBTS) offering a Master of Arts in Counseling (Marriage and Family track). He just completed his practicum at Leege Magee Christian Counseling Centre in NOBTS, where he met with individuals, couples and families. He also worked with Teens Aloud Foundation for over a decade, where he helped mentor many young people in Africa and North America and helped counsel those with addictions.
